Ouray School will host its back to school Open House for all schools and all grade levels on the afternoon/evening of Thursday, August 22, from 4:30PM to 6:00PM.

Ouray School has posted its school supply list for the 2024-25 school year, and we are excited to have everyone get ready to join us for a new year. Please reach out to the school if you have financial issues getting school supplies.

Sign up for the Mount Sneffels Education Foundation's annual half-marathon and 10K race on Saturday, August 17. This event is the primary fundraiser for the foundations financial support of student travel and enrichment experiences in Ouray County.

Ouray Elks Lodge has generously donated a dozen backpacks filled with basic school supplies for Ouray elementary and secondary student needs. Please contact Counselor Jaceson Cole if you need any school supplies, now, or throughout the year. 970 325 4505 or [email protected]

It's that time of the summer again with Ouray School registration opening next week, August 13-15. Families for returning students will be invited into their AlmaStart accounts on Tuesday, August 13, and new families are invited to join us at the school on Wednesday and Thursday, August 14 & 15.
