New Ourway Transit Route between Montrose & Ouray The City of Ouray, Ouray County, and the Town of Ridgway recieved a grant from Colorado Department of Transportation to develop a shuttle for residents between Montrose and Ouray. Transit runs Thursday through Monday starting at 8AM and every two hours.
