Dear Students, Parents, and Community Members,
We had an amazing first week of the 2024-25 school year! I was delighted to see all of the smiling faces from our youngest learners to our seniors. This year, Ouray School welcomes new preschool students into the building. We have a lot of new families, and I encourage everyone to join me in sharing warm Ouray welcomes.
We have launched our new Ouray Mobile App and are well on our way to getting the majority of our community - staff, secondary students, and parents - connected. This secure resource is available on Apple iOS, Android, and via the web. If you need help getting connected, please reach out to Rachael Brown at [email protected].
While our Community Update content can also be found on the app, Ouray School will continue to make sure everyone is informed. For the next several weeks, staff will be sending information via multiple platforms before moving more completely to the app.
Please reach out to an administrator if we can assist you with any questions or issues related to the start of the school year.

Ouray School is a national SAT test site on October 5, 2024. This is an additional opportunity for Ouray students. Registration deadline is September 20, and the cost is $68. See the College Board website to register and find out more about fee waivers.
