Dear Ouray Community,
Thursday evening is the Ouray School Open House, and we invite all students and parents to the building. The event takes place from 4:30 to 6:30PM. Students are invited to bring supplies for the school year.

4:30 - Opening Session with Ouray School Administrators in APAC
4:45 - Students and Parents to Classrooms
6:30 - End of Open House
Elementary
Elementary students and families will be invited to visit classroom teachers after the opening session to drop off supplies, learn about the classroom layout, and connect with their teacher. Then, students will have a game activity to visit their enrichment teachers (Art, Music, Library, PE, and SEL) to get their name in for a prize drawing.
Middle
Middle school students and families can pick up class schedules after the opening session in the APAC from Mr. Cole and Mr. Nelson. Schedules will also have locker assignments and combinations. Feel free to load lockers with school supplies for the first day before visitng with core and enrichment teachers on your schedule.
High
High school students and families can pick up class schedules after the opening session in the Internet Cafe from counselor Mr. Ted Fellin and Mr. Lokey. Schedules will also have locker assignments and combinations. Feel free to load lockers with school supplies for the first day before visitng with core and enrichment teachers on your schedule.
Staff will not be available to address schedule changes at this time. Students will learn the protocol for meeting with counselors on the first day of school.

Ouray Athletic and Activity Schedules Posted
Ouray has posted schedules for fall sports and activities, including cross country, volleyball, and knowledge bowl. Additionally, we share the sport schedules for Ouray participants when they compete with a neighboring district when Ouray does not offer the sport, such as football and baseball.
