Please celebrate World Kindness Day with us on Monday 11/13. In our schools, we are teaching bullying prevention lessons, focusing on empathy, collaborating with Peer Kindness, and performing service work in the community.

Ouray Public Library is hosting the 1st session after school on April 25th

The Montrose Association of Realtors is accepting donations of new or gently worn prom dresses, cocktail dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening gowns & accessories. Donations will be benefiting students from Delta, Montrose, Olathe, Ouray, and Ridgway communities for their formal dances. See flyer for drop-off locations.

On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the Ouray County Sheriff’s Office, Ouray Police Department and Ridgway Marshal’s Office will join residents, visitors, and community leaders of Ouray County, to celebrate National Night Out. This annual community-building campaign promotes police-community partnerships and community camaraderie.

All of Ouray school staff received Mental Health First Aid training at the beginning of the school year. The training is free and available to all community members.
