A message from County Sheriffs of Colorado:
I am reaching out in regard to our upcoming partnership with the Montrose and Ouray County Sheriff's Office as we will be hosting a baseball camp next month alongside the Sheriffs! This camp is targeted towards 8-12-year-olds in the Montrose and Ouray County areas to further interest in both youth baseball and law enforcement. We will have local law enforcement from the Montrose and Ouray County Area present at the camp and are hoping to get the word out to youth baseball organizations, schools, clubs, etc.
Our camp is being held on June 26th at Sunset Mesa Sports Complex in Montrose, Colorado. Registration for the camp is donation based so there is no financial obligation for students who want to participate.
We are hoping you may be able to share this information with students from your school within a school newsletter, on a bulletin board, etc. I have attached a graphic with basic information as well as the website for registration.
Thank you for helping us bridge the gap between communities and local law enforcement through youth athletics. We are so excited for this camp and hope to see participants from your school at Sunset Mesa Sports Complex on June 26th!
