Ms. Patty and Ms. Mahlin would like to invite families with 3/4 year old students who will be entering prek or going to be 5 year old's entering kindergarten next school year to attend our PK/K roundup. The event will be on April 23rd from 5:00-6:00 at Ouray School.
This is a great opportunity to meet the teacher, see the classrooms, ask questions you might have about our preschool program, and get the registration process started. Ms. Patty will have Early Learning Center of Ouray (ELCO) applications on hand for the 24-25 school year, information about the state Universal PreK program, and representatives from Bright Futures and the UnBOCES to help provide early childhood education supports.
Ms. Mahlin will be hosting families of students entering kindergarten for the 24-25 school year. This is a great opportunity for students to meet their teacher and see their classroom. Ms. Mahlin will also be sharing curriculum information, what to expect in kindergarten, and facilitating a few academic activities to do with your student.
