Ouray School is seeking parent and community participation in two key committees. Each year, the school invites parents and community members to participate in the District Advisory and Accountability Committee (DAAC) and Policy Committe.
- DAAC will meet quarterly and address school finance, federal Title monies, teacher evaluation, school performance measures, and advising of other school governance. The committee requires a minimum of three parents, one community business member, and one teacher. Please reach out to Tod Lokey at [email protected] to participate.
- Policy Committee will examine policy needs and recommendations from the Colorado Association of School Boards (CASB) and make recommendations on prioritizing needs as well as policy language and direction. Please contact Jaceson Cole at [email protected] to participate.
