Free Teletherapy

Through a generous grant, Tri-County Health has partnered with local schools to offer free teletherapy services: https://tchnetwork.org/teletherapy/

Teletherapy makes professional counseling accessible and convenient – so anyone who is experiencing life’s challenges can get help, anytime, anywhere.

We want you to be and feel cared for. Through the teletherapy program, you will be matched with a highly trained counselor who is the right fit for your needs. Together you will set goals based on your situation. You will work in counseling to process emotions and move towards your goals all while gaining life skills for positive outcomes.

Do you prefer in-person therapy? The Center for Mental Health (CMH) https://www.centermh.org/ has partnered with our district and the County Department of Social Services to offer financial aid for and access to professional mental health care, in-person or remotely. Individual and group supports for people of all ages are available. Contact Jaceson Cole for details.

If you would like to learn more about therapy or need support connecting with mental health and other community or academic resources, your school counselors, Jaceson Cole, LCSW and Kimberly Sills, MA, are available to help. [email protected] and [email protected]
