Administrative Assistant 3

Ouray School is looking to fill a new position in our main district office. The Administrative Assistant 3 position serves the following departments: Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Board of Education, Data systems, and nursing staff. The primary pre-requisite skills are communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage files and data with precision and accuracy. We understand that applicants may come without experience in all areas, but we plan to grow the right employee into a position that will take on important workloads and provide a service of making district systems run more efficiently.

Compensation ranges from $21.20/hr to $26.32/hr depending on experience and skillset. The notice of assignment for this position covers 245 workdays. Full time employees enjoy a full health/dental/life insurance benefit and district contribution to the Colorado PERA retirement program. All staff get a combination of sick/medical and discretionary leave, and this position is entitled to two weeks of paid vacation and paid holidays.
