2025-26 Middle School Social Studies 5-8

Ouray School is seeking a new, full-time social studies teacher for our middle school program. They will be responsible for instructing students in grades 5-8. The teacher will create lesson plans, establish tier-one classroom management strategies, and create a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program. This position collaborates strongly with the other three members of the middle school team. The position requires either a K-6 license or a secondary license with a social studies endorsement.

The position comes with full health and dental plans, paid medical and discretionary leave, and the district's contribution to the PERA retirement program.
